Shanasheel has developed an Integrated Maintenance Philosophy, which is based on the idea that the client’s staff should be able to fully focus on core activities , and that maintenance should not be regarded as cost, but as a reliable supply of availability of the production facilities.
After finalizing a long-term performance-based contract, Shanasheel will strive to professionalize local maintenance: to ensure that the correct maintenance is carried out at the correct time and place, using the correct materials.
Another target is to continuously improve all well-documented maintenance activities, as well as to eliminate improvised maintenance activities, symptom-oriented maintenance practice and sub-optimal maintenance performance.
Frequent communication on all levels and the full commitment of Shanasheel will prove essential in obtaining a successful maintenance philosophy, that the client’s staff should be able to fully focus on core activities and that maintenance should not be regarded as cost, but as a reliable supply of availability of the production facilities. After finalizing a long-term performance-based contract.

General Maintenance

Shanasheel aimed towards achieving very high levels of reliability and availability.
We have developed supplementary preventative and predictive maintenance strategies in line with aerospace best practice. These methods are critical in highlighting emerging trends to enable timely parts provisioning and accurate and effective planned maintenance. They are designed to underpin the standard scheduled maintenance to produce a Reliability Centred Maintenance approach.

Transformers

We sell and perform maintenance high-voltage transformers, substation equipment and systems to domestic and international power plants, refineries, and process plants. We also provide high voltage electrical engineering, construction, erection, vacuum filling, oil processing, electrical testing, and commissioning services.
When needed, we're able to provide most of our equipment and services "on-demand". Our fast-track solutions reduce our clients losses and improve equipment availability for clients, worldwide.

Water Storage Tank

Water storage tanks need to be periodically inspected and cleaned to help maintain good water quality in the distribution system, and to help extend the life of the tank. Regular tank inspections can also help to identify small problems that may develop into major problems that can create health related issues, lead to costly repairs or premature tank failure. Tanks that are not periodically cleaned can cause contamination events that can harm human health or can contribute to customer's aesthetic complaints.
Routine maintenance activities are carried out primarily in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations, taking into account the specific operating conditions and environment. These maintenance activities form the foundation upon which higher level predictive maintenance techniques are carried out.
Tank inspection and cleaning can be done by draining the water tank. Another option becoming more popular is using divers or remotely operated vehicles.
Storage Tank inspection and clean
The inspection and cleaning interval can vary based on the type of tank and water quality. Generally, a water storage tank should be inspected at least every five years, or more often, depending on local conditions. Cleaning and repairs should be addressed based on the findings of the tank inspection. Additional inspections between maintenance intervals are encouraged.
